Clear and chilly overnight with a widespread ground frost, low 0.5c with –2.9c on the grass. A sheet of Stratocumulus spread in from the west around 05:00 GMT and the frost lifted. There were further sunny spells but clouds continued to build through out the morning with showers breaking out.
