Tropical Maritime air

Postby Len Wood » 2013 Apr 13, 14:11

Warm front has passed leaving tropical maritime air in the last hour.
Accompanied by thick fog!
Seems a long time since we had this after a few weeks of easterlies.

Yes, yesterdays mist & drizzle was quite a novelty.

Slightly unexpected clearance to some warm sunshine this afternoon, http://www.sennen-cove.com/today2.htm though frontal cloud seemed to hang on just to the east of Penzance.

Double figure minimum of 10.2C last night.
