The May mean temperature is slowly rising and getting near to my very estimated long term average:

1st - 23rd May
Mean minimum = 7.9°C (-0.3°C)
Mean maximum = 16.5°C (-0.1°C)
Mean = 12.2°C (-0.2°C)

Sunshine levels have been well below the average with only 125 hours to date. It has also been wetter than normal with 66.5 mm.
