This month to 14th has not been particularly wet.
Total for July so far 25.3 mm.
The average for July in these parts is 62.3 mm, so a little to be made up yet.

Only 7.6mm so far here in Farnborough (average for July is 45mm). So lots of garden watering required!

The driest July for this area is 1971 with 17mm.

I'm on 16.1mm after overnight showers so I should think that 'record' will stay untouched as I can't see it not raining before months end.

Oh dear, I have a feeling that we win this one (well at least so far ...) - total in Stornoway town for July up to this morning (St. Swithin's day - 15/7/2015]): 81.2mm

91.7 mm to 26th here in Wembury.
That is 147% of average.

It is turning into a wet July after 38.1 mm on 24th and 23.1 mm today 26th.
