The 2012 COL members survey is now open for responses

Postby Stephen Burt » 2012 Jun 21, 16:29

The COL committee would like to know a bit more about our members, so that we can ensure COL best meets your needs, now and in the future.

We plan to carry out two questionnaires over the coming weeks: the results will be summarised in the annual members meeting in November.

The first questionnaire is now available online (the details will be included in the June bulletin, and a postal response option will be available for those who do not have internet access). You can complete the survey now:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YLKTCM7

The survey is anonymous, so please be honest. You don't have to answer all the questions, but obviously the more responses we get, the more representative and useful the findings will be.

The second survey will focus on what you like - or don't like - about the current bulletin. More details on the second survey will follow in due course.

Please let us have your inputs! Thank you in anticipation.

Thank you to those who have already completed the survey. If you have not already done so, why not do it now? It takes only two minutes.

There will be an e-mail request to complete the survey going out to all COL members shortly, if you have already completed the survey via the forum link you do not need to do so again.

Thank you to those who have already completed the survey. As of a few minutes ago, we’d received 131 responses to this first COL questionnaire, about a third of our membership. All of these are online, so I’m expecting this to rise somewhat with those members who’d rather respond by paper/postal methods as their bulletins drop through their letterboxes in the coming days.

Response to date is reasonable, but obviously your committee would like to see as wide a participation as possible from members. If you haven’t already completed the survey yourself, please do so and encourage any other members who you may be in contact with to do so as well. The online survey will remain open for the immediate future - http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YLKTCM7

Thank you for your participation!
