Open Door is sold as a freestanding system that works on a single computer.

Base Package:

Price £600.
For hostels with up to 30 beds: £350.

This includes:

No licence, no further fees.

Personal Installation Help:

Where practicable, we will visit you to help to set it up. The cost for this is £100, plus transport at cost, plus overnight accommodation if necessary.

Updates that may be necessary to remove bugs:

Free.

Updates with improvements to the Base Package, sent by email:

Free for 6 months after purchase. £50 thereafter.

Additions:

While the Base System will work well for you, you will probably want a bit more.

Small additions, eg Additional reports, printouts or data extraction facilities, changes of names of fields or date formats: £20 each, maximum total £100.

More substantial additions: We would discuss the proposal with you in full detail and determine a solution and then quote a price.

If this needs a personal consultation at your site, the cost of the consultation is: £60 plus transport at cost, plus overnight accommodation if necessary.

Automatic sending of vacancies to booking engines:

An extended Package is proposed that will include the generation of a table of dorm bed and private bed vacancies that can be sent automatically to the Allocating company's site. The allocating company then distributes the data to booking engines that you are registered with, for a fee of £10 per month.
